What this policy covers
This policy applies to PrizeGauge at prizegauge.com and describes the information involved when you browse our lottery analytics. PrizeGauge is an independent service; it is not operated by or affiliated with the New York Lottery.
Our lottery datasets describe games and prize statistics, not individual players. Browsing PrizeGauge does not require an account, a payment, or information about your lottery purchases.

Information involved in a visit
Your browser sends technical information when it requests a page. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process your IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps, response status, and security signals. Service logs can include this information when we investigate errors, abuse, and availability.
Searches and filters appear in page URLs so you can bookmark and share a comparison. Those URLs may appear in your browser history and technical request logs. Avoid putting personal or sensitive information in a game search.
The frontend currently has no account registration, payment processing, advertising integrations, or affiliate tracking.

How information is used
Technical information supports delivering pages, protecting the service, diagnosing failures, and understanding service performance. We do not sell personal information or use the frontend to build advertising profiles.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, operating and protecting the service relies on legitimate interests, subject to the protections that law provides. Any feature that requires consent will need an appropriate consent process.

Hosting and external websites
PrizeGauge uses Cloudflare to host the site, deliver assets, store published datasets, and support security and operational logging. Cloudflare processes technical request information as part of these services. Its infrastructure may process information in locations outside your country.
See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its practices. Links to official lottery reports and other websites take you to services with their own policies. PrizeGauge does not control those services.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or others.

Retention and security
Published lottery data and historical observations may be retained to support comparisons over time. Technical logs are separate from those public datasets; their availability and retention depend on the infrastructure services and settings in use.
We use HTTPS and restrict administrative access to help protect the service. No internet service can promise absolute security. We do not publish visitors’ technical request logs as part of our lottery datasets.

Your choices and rights
You can browse without an account, manage browser storage, and choose whether to follow external links. Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information, and to raise concerns with a data protection authority.
These rights can depend on the information we actually hold and applicable exceptions. Because PrizeGauge does not maintain user accounts, we may not be able to identify a particular visit without additional information. Children and lottery participation
PrizeGauge is intended for adults interested in lottery data. We do not knowingly request personal information from children or offer ticket purchases. Eligibility to participate in any lottery is determined by its official rules and applicable law.
